At Polina Bright, we want you to be completely satisfied with your art supplies and prints. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition and original packaging; please include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service of your choice, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
